Self Employed
/Low Documentation Loans

Your financial accounts may not be ready or they may not paint a true picture of the income you are generating.

For some time now there have been lenders prepared to offer finance provided you have been Self Employed for a minimum of two years and had at least a 20% deposit. Competition in the mortgage market is so strong that most of the main brokers are now offering this type of product.

One lender announced at the begining of August 2007 that it would even stretch to lending 95% of the purchase price (or valuation, whichever is the lower of the two)!

In addition to the normal application form, you will simply be asked to sign a decleration confirming your income and/or your ability to service the loan.

If you are self emplyed, with or without financial accounts, give us a call on 0800 007 117.

Remember, our service is free, so you have nothing to lose!
