I feel like I've really joined the information age, with the launch of this blog.

So, what is the purpose of my blog? Well, there is so much information available these days, it can difficult filtering out what is important and what isn't.

This is what I want to help you with.

In the same way that I can "do the donkey work" and help you find the best mortgage deal, this blog will act as a type of "information filter". I'll do the donkey work, finding the information you need, and I'll present to you here.

The topics I will cover will be anything related to buying any kind of propery anywhere in New Zealand.
