A better approach to getting your insurance needs sorted

Let us start with a good old chat… I will listen to your needs and find a solution that fits your budget...

Tracey Jones, Insurance Specialist
Let's face it, insurance is not exactly a glamour purchase – you don’t exactly rush off to show your girlfriend “Wow look at my fabulous new life insurance policy…”

It isn’t rocket science either, but it does need to be sorted. The important features of any insurance policy are what do you want to cover?
And what will it cost you?

When selling insurance to people I have found it pays to treat everyone as an individual – one size does not fit all. I like to sit down and begin the process by having a good old-fashioned chat about you. It is important that I’m on your wavelength and understand your needs and concerns.

Once we have identified what is important in your life, we can then set about finding the best protection for you. A straightforward and practical approach helps.

Sort it, forget it and review it
  1. I will explain to you how different policies work, the advantages and weakness relevant to you. No jargon. No gobblygook.

  2. You choose which policy works best for you and your budget and I’ll get it sorted.

  3. You can forget about it until either:
    a) you need your insurance or
    b) I get in touch for an agreed review (usually every year or two).
No overpriced policies or insurance you never need

I don’t push every insurance policy on you. Personally I am middle of the road when it comes to Insurance. I don’t want to be insured for every last thing and for that reason I won’t suggest that you buy everything either.

I always say to people, what is the dollar spend you have for insurance? Then we can go for the product with the best benefit for the money. If necessary, start small with what you really need for that moment, then increase your coverage as your budget grows.

It pays to review you insurance regularly

Once you have purchased your insurance you can forget about it with the assured piece of mind that it is right for you. Tracey Jones Insurance then will take on the responsibility of reviewing it for you. Why? We recommend a review for two reasons:
  1. Your circumstances change and
  2. Insurance companies continually offer new and improved products.
An annual review consists of three questions, have you:
  • had any more children?
  • borrowed any more money?
  • any other major changes?
If not – talk to you next year! How simple is that?

Remember: What was right for you two years ago may not still be the best option. Your situation may have changed, and there may be new, improved products. The insurance market is highly competitive with many companies vying for the top spot, so there could be a better deal.

A wide range of options
